2. Non-Refundable Services

The following charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or delivered:

  • Installation and setup charges
  • Domain registration or renewal fees
  • Hosting subscription charges already utilized
  • Dedicated IP addresses
  • SSL certificates
  • Software licenses
  • One-time configuration fees
  • Partially used subscription plans
  • Taxes and payment gateway charges

This structure follows common practices used by broadband and hosting providers.

5. Equipment & Security Deposit Refunds

If any modem, router, ONU device, or networking equipment was provided under a refundable deposit scheme:

  • Equipment must be returned in good working condition
  • Any damage charges may be deducted
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval

6. Billing Disputes

Customers disputing any invoice or deduction must contact us with:

  • Registered account details
  • Transaction ID
  • Invoice copy (if available)
  • Description of the issue

Our billing team will investigate and respond within 7 business days.


7. Service Interruptions

Refunds will not be provided for interruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters
